Senior Human Resources Coordinator – Recruitment (6 months contract)

Job Location: Jatujak-Bangkok Office
Salary: Depends on experience
Job type: 6 months contract
Experiences: Minimum 8 years’ experience

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degrees or Master in any fields (preferable in Human Resources Management or Political Sciences) Minimum 8 years’ experience.
  • Labor Laws, Compensation, Social Welfare, and Expatriate/Thai Administration.
  • Human Resources Management.
  • Good command of English on both written and spoken.
  • Computer skills with MS applications.
  • Interviewing Technique.
  • Manpower Planning.
  • Negotiation.

Reponsibilities

       1.  Recruitment

  • Supervise & conduct the whole recruitment process on supplying qualified candidates (both Expatriate and Thai) to the Business units such as screening, arranging and joining the interview (up to Supervisor Level)
  • Maintain recruitment database in ERP system
  • Prepare recruitment summary report on monthly basis
  • Develop Manpower plan on yearly basis

2.  Update and monitor head count in according to the plan

3.  Coordinate and consult the Business units on the Manpower Requisition.

4.   Look after manpower agencies for recruitment and government offices in regards to visa and work permit for contracted staff

5.   HR other related issues

  • Assigned by Human Resources Supervisor or HR Manager
