- Familiar with Company’s operating systems and ProCoSys.
- Experience with Architectural outfitting from recent Oil & Gas Construction Projects.
- Knowledge and deep understanding of NORSOK standards
- Knowledge/skills in PDMS/Navis Works.
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Strong on collaboration, self-motivated and highly organized.
- Team player who works well with minimal supervision.
- International Experience is preferable.
- Monitor all Architect constructions activities with emphasis on quality, schedule and HSE.
- Act as a Safety Ambassador.
- Participate in inspections activities according to Inspection and Test plan (ITP) as required.
- Make reports (Progress, Quality, HSE, etc.) as necessary or instructed by Architect Supervisor.
- Follow up and ensure that all working environment requirements are fulfilled.
- Advice / guide Contractor personnel in Contractor site team.
- Monitor the receipt and storage of materials within the discipline.
- Participate in audits/verifications as required.
- Monitor work progress against plans and schedules and highlight areas of concern and possible corrective actions.
- Assist Contractor with discipline constructions details upon request or as required. Be proactive and take corrective actions without undermining contractor`s responsibility.
- Interface within Architect discipline at EPC Contractor.
- Monitor and survey the Architect fabrication and testing.
- Review selected drawings and documents issued by EPC Contractor
- Ensure that fabrication documentation is issued by Contractor in accordance with requirements.
- Ensure MC complete for handover to Commissioning.
- Participate in area punch out and monitor the MC status in ProCoSys.
- Participate to all MC activities and verify MCCR in ProCoSys when applicable.
- Ensure that all architectural outfitting is done in accordance with project requirements and as per engineering design.
