At 8-12 Years of experience (purchasing/procurement in Oil and Gas Industry is preferable)
Thai
- Thai national only
- Bachelor degree or higher with major in Business Administration, Engineering or other related fields
- Bachelor Degrees in any fields with min. 8-12 years direct experience (purchasing/procurement in Oil and Gas Industry is preferable).
- Purchasing procedures and ethics
- Energetic, well-organized and have strong intention to work on self-development
- Commercial and negotiation skills and Problem solving skill
- Computer literate
- Good command of English Language
- Procurement (Permanent project materials i.e. mechanic, electrical, piping, structural and pipeline)
- Process purchasing activities of highly technical materials
- Contact vendor after receiving BOM (majority: overseas vendors)
- Coordinate with engineers for specification approval
- Negotiate to get the best price and time to meet with project requirement
- Conduct bid summary, compare and submit to the relevant parties for technical commercial issues approval
- Issue PO after receiving the approval
- Issue SO (Service Order) for contractor and sub-contractor
- Supervise Purchasing Officer and Purchasing Assistant in some cases
- Analyze forecast price for materials
- Expedite document and materials to meet with project requirement
- Coordinate with all parties for defective materials
- Procurement (Consumable and Temporary material i.e. spare parts and materials for testing procedure)
- Process purchasing activities
- Tenders / Project Contracts
- Provide the information for bidding i.e. price, delivery and other conditions.
- Supervision
- Providing guidance to Purchasing Officers
